I think the additional length of the tandem
master cylinder might cause problems, unless
you want to relocate it. I have a '67 WM300 with
a dual master cylinder, '67 was the year they
became mandated, as I recall. At any rate Chrysler
actually redesigned the mounting. My master
cylinder is under the floor board of the cab and
faces backwards.

I have seen trucks where people converted to
swinging pedals and put the master cylinder higher
on the firewall. This was usually done to
accomadate an engine swap.
