This doesn't help in this situation if the UPS limit of 150lbs is too light, but
don't forget about shipping by bus if it's 100lbs or less per item especially if its an odd shape or bulky...
I've done it a few times with things like fenders and wheels. They don't care if you wrap it up or not, just as long
as the shipping sticker sticks to it. All you have to do is drop it off at the bus
station, they call the person on the other end to go by their station and pick it up.
