No, it won't interchange, see Fred's comments. However:
If you buy 2 PAIRS of frame extensions (AB Linn used to have them for $75/pair, NOS), a "3" series Braden winch (AHSU3 or AMSU3) will fit with the front angle on the bumper (you can use a 1 piece bumper and cut a hole for the cable and bolt a roller fairlead over the hole). The AH/MSU3 (hydraulic/mechanical) is 16-7/8" front-to-rear as far as the brackets are concerned. I just measured the MU2 on the front of my Power Wagon; it's the same length front to rear!. It does need the spacer underneath the front angle iron bracket. So if you have a PW sourced MU2, get the two pairs of extensions (use grade 8 1/2" bolts on every available hole), use the front spacer, and it will fit without even removing the lower radiator guard. It should work with either split or 1 piece bumpers. My rear mount uses grade 9 9/16" bolts which are about 1.5 times as strong as 1/2" grade 8s. I believe in overkill with mounting of powerful winches.
