Dave: Since you have it all frame off leave it that way until you get your engine installed.
Leave your wheels, brake drums, et al off also as it is easier to work around. Should go in pretty easy. I had no trouble with mine. Once installed with your 12v installed(I used a Chevy alternator and worked good. Just had to rebuild the mount for it.)then rig a jerry can of gas directly into the carb. This way you can fire it up and be sure everything runs the way you want before putting on cab and fenders. You will have to install the radiator but that should not be a problem. Almost makes me wish I lived closer to you to help. Yes, I said, almost. Would love to be there to hear the engine when started. Good time to install the muffler system as it is easy to get to. The last thing I put on was the cab and bed. Well, really the last thing was the fenders. Once fenders are on it is difficult to get to the engine parts unless you have 6'long arms.
