Seems there is a steering wheel puller out there somewhere. Anybody have one to loan to this gentleman? Of course you can start soaking the hub with WD40. Will probably take a few weeks to loosen it up. Reminds me of the story of the furniture refinisher who had problems taking old furniture apart without breaking the pieces up. He threw the piece in the lake for a couple of weeks and all the old glue dissolved. Of course he had to put a net of some kind around the piece so the parts wouldn't float away. I don't think it will work on your steering wheel but what the heck, it's an interesting story.
