If it was me, I'd save up my sheckles and go to the spring shop and tell them exactly what I wanted and stand back. They have all of the specialized tools and spare parts to get the job done right so you won't get a nasty surprise when your lift block snaps a U-Bolt on top of some obstacle called the "Widow Maker", or whatever. Just tell them what fender to ground measurements you want for front and rear and they should be able to make it happen. Otherwise, you should be able to find an aftermarket kit for that vintage of truck, it's just that it's impossible to know exactly what you will have when you get done until to have done it and little recourse if you are not happy with the results.
