I've got a hot tip for all the "thin-air,4-wheelin',kiss-the-sky,Power Wagon guys who will BE THERE: Remember how our weather is at these high elevations: Cool nights (low 40's), hot days (might hit 80), with a good chance of rain (or snow) in the afternoon. UV rays are MUCH stronger here, compared to sea level...BRING A HAT. Bring footwear suitable for smooth,wet rock.
(could also be snow, mud, etc.) Bring sunscreen & sunglasses.
Bring an insulation layer like a pile jacket. Bring a shell jacket to wear over the insulation (rain jacket type). Last but not least, bring your POWER WAGON TOO !!!!!!
