I'm in Connecticut. I was asking about cabs last year (looking for junk ones to salvage parts), someone told me about one in Plymouth CT, and recently a friend, Mike, who monitors this site, told about one he saw in Windsor CT. I haven't seen either one, but if your really stuck, these may offer an option. If you're in Florida, it may not be worth it. Joe says he's retiring this forum this weekend, so I hope you see this.
