I spoke more with tech support at Richmond Gear. They didn't send me the wrong insturctions by mistake. Apparently, I got the same instructions they send out with every 1210. They do not have instructions specific to the Dodge four-pinion; two piece differential case. They talked like they have specific instructions for other applications, but they didn't know much at all about Power Wagons.
The instructions they give should be enough for a smart fellow to get by, but they are insufficient when you run into problems like I have. I guess I'll be taking mine apart to find out what went wrong.
