Mitsubishi had a 6 cylinder diesel option. Not anything special on power. Didnt do to bad on MPG. I heard it was to compete against the Chevy 6.2 for the military contract. The 6.2 beat it. So it either wasnt a very good diesel or someone in the government was gonna get a kick back if they bought Chevy 6.2's.
