Steve; While we donate gobs of wine on a yearly basis at Wild Horse Winery we only require a written response acknowledging the donation on the letterhead of the person or organization to which the wine was donated. We do this just to cover our rear ends in case the feds (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) wishes to inquire about where their tax revenue is. There are alot of taxes included in that bottle of wine and the feds want to make sure they get every penny they think they deserve. Just to get the anticipation going I will be donating a large format 3 litre etched and engraved bottle of Wild Horse Winery Cabernet Sauvignon in a wooden box to the Rally cause this year!!!
