I use a Ramsey 5,000 single line rated winch and so far never needed to double line pull to get a PW. M-37 or WC up on my bed. I used a Fairlead bolted on the frame front to protect the cable when pulling a load. I also used 1/4 inch X 6 inch chanel steel to mount the Winch on and bolted it into the frame with 3/8 inch plate steel. I have pulled a heavy flat tired WC up my ramps no problem along with many tractors too. He could make a mount like mine that goes on the front of the tilt bed so the winch pulls in line with it. I just charge my battry once or twice a year to keep it up or charge it over night if I am going to get a load in the morning. It will pull many loads befor recharging it. This way I can use the trailer behind my tractor also and use the winch too. If I hook my pulley to the rear of the bed I can also pull the load off the bed if needed. Mark H.
