I had to replace my water dist. tube and it was really stuck fast. I took a 3 foot long 1/4 inch rod, bent the tip 90 degrees and ground it to a point. Insert it into the old tube as far as you can go then hook the tip into the tube and keep tugging on it you might try to attach it to a slide hammer also. Use lots of WD40 or similar and spray liberally. Be patient and it will come loose. Dont be surprised it its really rusty.
