They don't need to be oriented...you could spin one backwards for that matter & it won't make any difference. The first corner you go around they won't be oriented anymore anyway?
Each wheel is ballanced independant of the other...if one freewheeled the only danger would be the truck falling off the jack & going through the wall! Ha Ha!
