There were 3/4ton Ramchargers direct from the factory. If your saying it is an cast iron transfer and has part-time 4-wheel it is probably a NP-205, unless it is a converted NP-203. The rear of the transfer has a round tag, this will tell you what model it is. The 205 is shaped just like a divorced transfer(mostly rectangular in shape) The 203 has the gear reduction on the front of it so it is more "L" shaped. And the "L" part is the gear reduction part at the front. If the transfercase shifts straight forward or backward it is a 203, if it jogs about halfway it is a 205.
