It's not greed if he finds a buyer. These things have a way of evening out. It's supply and demand, find someone who has more money than they know what to do with it, and find someone with a product that the person wants and you have a sell. Greed would be if he had 30 at that price.
You have to remember that he has had the PW for sale at that price for many years, so far no takers, but a few have sold at the $30,000 range to Hollywood types. (see more money comment above) For every greedy seller, there is a greedy buyer trying to get a $20,000 truck for $3,500.
