Gross Vehicle Weight is the weight of the vehicle with fuel, tools, driver, passengers, AND THE LOAD. The GVW is 8,700 pounds with 9.00 x 16, 8 ply tires and 7,600 pounds with 7.50 x 16, 8 ply tires.

Surely you are not going to haul a fully loaded truck. The typical unladen weight of a POWER WAGON is 5,500 pounds.
