Fly wheels

Last July I replaced my clutch, tranny, and transfer case, in my 1976 W200 4x4. However I for some reason am now getting clutch/gearbox chatter, and cannot understand why? So when I pulled this apart last year, did not machine the flywheel, it had about 60,000 miles on it from the engine rebuild since it had been machined.

I don't think the flywheel has enough material left in it to get it machined again? It's an 11 inch clutch for a 400 engine. I've got a chrysler shop manual but I want to know if/when I get a flywheel and have it machined, do I have to balance it to the motor, or can I just bolt it back up in replacement of the worn out flywheel? Never messed with a flywheel before and would prefer not to have to tear this mess apart three times!!! Bad enough to do it twice in one year.
