One of the "claims to fame" of the Power-Wagon engines was that they were equipped with a "Closed Crankcase Ventilation System". All of the one ton WDX-WM300 Power-Wagons that I have seen that have the original engine in them have this system. It is likely that engines with a road draft tube have been swapped from another vehicle. Tne serial number most often will confirm this.
