I no longer own a M 37 but saw this and thought someone might benefit..

I've got too many "someday I'll get to that" projects around here, and I just have to let some of them go.
I have a Hercules D3400 5.6L diesel engine, which I picked up to put in my IH 1/2 ton, in place of the 258 six gasser. But I ain't gonna get to it... So it's time to let it go. Might make a great powerhouse for an M37 or M715. NA it's rated 112hp/2600rpm, with a turbo it'd be over 150hp.
It's complete, and I was told it's a good runner, but it's been sitting a while.
