I forgot how hard it is to clean the Brakes!!

Man what a project! Pulled all the wheels & drums tonight to inspect the brakes. I had to clean 50 plus years off crud out of the drums and shoes. They still had the OD Green shoes with the wire fibers in them. Plenty of lining left and they are all nice and clean now. This will make it much easier and cleaner to replace the bearing seals later. Sure was handy doing the PW first, makes this job fun no books to look at. Mark H.
