Hi: I'm switching over to a 12 volt system in my 41 Dodge Command Car. I would like to get rid of the points. Who do I contact about doing this? Do I need to send my distributor off to have it done? About what does it cost? Is there a difference in distributors for the different cubic inch engines? (218/230?) I'm not sure which engine I have, the numbers on the "block pad" seem to have been ground off? Any help or leads will be appreciated. Thanks.
