413 truck engine wasnt meant to run high rpms. I would bet it has way more torque down low then a Poly 318 would have. The whole idea around the Hemi head is air flow at high rpms. I would imagine the poly is very close to the Hemi on air flow. I dont think Jonas is wanting to turn 5000rpms running around town.I do agree the 413 is probbaly the bad choice for the PW. Wieght and heat are gonna be factors for him.
