What about the people who DON'T use helmets or seatbelts? When they DON'T, I have to pay higher insurance costs because their injuries are far worse than mine if I was wearing a helmet or seatbelt. Why do I have to suffer cause they are willingly careless. Also, in the E.R. they're called "Donor-cycles" My E.R. relative expressed a desire to save the helmets that he see's where they are just smashed up and the rider walks away.
