P15 and P17 are 218 ci versions of the "small' six. Pretty sure the T-137 is the stroked 230 version (at work, don't have my parts book) of the small six. All the fittings are external so it really doesn't matter. The P15, P19 nubers are the engineering code for the series (as is T-137) and is the first set of characters of the engine block serial numbers. Pretty sure PWs had these set up from the factory. The oil filler on the non PCV version is very different (no fitting on the side, large vented cap) On the PW the metering valve is plumbed to the hole above the the manually adjusted heat riser. On the passenger cars they use an automatic thermo controlled spring to for the heat riser and that hole is used for a spring stop. The valve gets rerouted to the a "T" on the wiper motor vacuum pickup. So how it gets plumbed depends which heat riser setup you have. Try Vintage Power Wagon or PartsVoice.com for parts. The only "real' parts you need is the metering valve, the oil fillet tube and cap (which sounds like you already have) and the "cap" that replaces the down draft tube. The rest are standard parts like pipe thread "T" fittings and flared tubing.
