Most of the folks who are organizing this thing or going to it this year are probably either already en route or are loading their trucks up to get ready to go.
If you can make it to Monteagle, get on over there and have fun. I went last year (took my dad and my yellow CJ3B, not my M37) and had a great time. I'm really sorry that I can't make it this year.
What kind of info are you looking for? If you can find Monteagle on a map, you can find the rally -- the place ain't that big.
Off the US 64, go south/southwest. The Smokehouse Lodge, where the rally is (unless they've changed it from last year), is on the left not more than a quarter mile from the highway.

That row of buildings on the southeast side of the road (two rectangular bldgs of about the same size and an L-shaped buiding) with the pond out back is the Smokehouse Lodge. The trucks will be behind them and scattered through the cabins and camping area behind the pond. The upper right corner of the image is pointing right at US 64 -- in fact , that ribbon of pavement in that corner is the ramp for the highway.
Go, have fun, pay the nominal registration fee to help pay for the event, buy a t-shirt and tell everyone Chris Land says hello from Baghdad.
