318 poly 4 barrel manifold

I have a 1965 w200 with the 318 poly 2 barrel. Would like to go to a 4 barrel carb and intake manifold. I have seen a mopar 318 poly 4 barrel manifold and I know Weiand makes a 4 barrel manifold that will fit. Two questions, which of these manifolds will give me the best performance, and will I notice enough HP increase to make the effort worthwhile? Any help appreciated. Jim
