I have a Navy NATOPS manual for that style of truck and it shows it like that. Also we had a M880 ambulance in our unit that was camuflaged, but was only 2 wheel drive! It got stuck every time it went off the road. Dodge was struggling at that time, the military got some great buys on all kinds of trucks.
