I went through this recently. I ended up using 7.50 x 16 radial flaps and 10.00-11.00 x 15 radial tubes. The tubes are for low platform semi trailers, so they have a 5 inch valve stem that sticks out a little past the wheel. It was the best option I could find.
I didn't invent this solution. I followed others that posted their advice here.
Of course, if you can get the correct 11.00x 16 radial tubes, that is better. That advice was also given here before.
