I think for the cost, and considering that Jill will not likely get over 145 mph, the bladder only, is fine. The foam stops explosions, and serious fires, the blader only will give enough in an accident that an explosion is unlikely. It all depends upon how good the rest of the system is, ie: connections, cap, filler integrity etc.
