Yep they exist. Check the gallery at Pilot-house.com for some other photos. I have pics of three other trucks. According to the factory info they were also available for the 7-1/2 foot bed. Conversion to a dually was pretty simple, gotta love those clever mopar engineers. A 6.5 inch fender extension is bolted inside the stock fender for the greater width. Then a triangle shaped running board extension is bolted on the running boards to match the eider fender width. You now have a dually ! Standard was 16" wheels with optional 20" wheels for "increased ground clearance." according to the brochure. The dually wheels use a coined lug hole to interlock, and one set of lug nuts per wheel. I'm building one now with the 20" wheels. The one in the pic does look like a low side bed model. It was actually standard, but most trucks were ordered with the high side bed so the standard low side is the rare one. The 39-47 models also had a 1 ton dually model using similar fender/run. bd extensions. Value just depends on the individual truck. I can say for certain the running board and fender extensions are impossible to find. I looked for a couple years and ended up having a copy fabricated from an original set.
