Your outlet from the tank should be away from the inlet from the pump. That allows you to pull off air that has normalized in the tank and let the water condence into the tank. Then use some kind of cooler- I have some copper pipe silver soldered into a rectangle with outlet at top and inlet at bottom that allows water to drain back into tank. Never had any water out of the hoses.
