HELP!! Can't get the thing to run.

Last weekend I was doing a tune-up on my'48 PW.I hadn,t changed the cap, rotor, And spark plugs since I got the truck 4 years ago. So I went ahead and changed them and now she won't start. I have checked everything! I have power to the coil, ignition switch, points, condenser, checked to make sure the plug wires are on the right spot on the cap, Didn't change the timing, and everything seems right. STILL NOTHING!! I turn the key on and try to start the truck and all it does is turns over and she will backfire once in a great while. I have fuel to carb, but she acts like there is no spark at the plugs. Any Ideas on what might be the problem? This is the first time since I bought her that she won't run. ARRGH!!!!
