One thing missing from the site is a patent number. This makes me think it is an old product released with a new slant. If the you find out the ingredient,(this PC won't download the MSDS PDF) you may be able to get it in bulk as a different product/ usage. It's probable NOT phosphoric acid based like every other rust remover that I've ever looked into.
