OT Jeep with Mopar engine question.

I'm looking at a Jeep for one of my mom's friends. Anyways it has a "Dodge 360" in it. It says 3 speed. So my question is there a manual 3 speed that goes behind a 360 or is this likely a 727. I'm kinda ignorant as far as trannies go and was just wondering while I'm waiting to get in contact with the guy. Oh yea I am aware that AMC also made a 360 but he clearly states that this is a Dodge 360. Thanks for any info and thanks for putting up with my useless questions JonBoy
