General rule of thumb:
Transport all Power-Wagons as you would a bulldozer.
I.E.: would you flat tow your bulldozer? Most likely not, so don't flat tow your Power-Wagon. Would you transport your bulldozer on a car dolly? Most likely not, so don't dolly your Power-Wagon. Would you trailer your bulldozer on a U-Haul aluminum rent-a-wreck? Most likely not, so don't U-Haul your Power-wagon. Would you haul your bulldozer on the biggest multiple axle trailer you could find, pulled by the biggest tow vehicle you could find, and cinched down by the largest log chains you could find? More than likely.
Transport your Power-Wagon in the same fashion.
