if it is priced right, it would work. If the full-time 4x bugged you you could drop the front driveshaft or put the part-time kit in the transfer. 1/2t or 3/4t, 318 or 360, auto or stick? if an auto make sure the trans is good and shows no sign of slipping. worth could be from $500 to $4,000, it all depends on the shape it is in. Mileage seems extremely low, make sure it isn't 167,000 as i think those speedo's only had 5 digits...
