Steve, like Marty said, these can be very hard to find! There's years of gunk on the frame, and don't be fooled by the photo of Marty's truck with the white high-lighted number!! That was a frame that was completely restored! Easy to spot them then! Get a wire brush, some cleaning solvent (even WD-40 could work) and scrub away! The photo I posted for you, they could be in front of that circle, behind it, higher or lower, you'll have to just dig a bit! Mine had some old iron (snow blade mount?) welded over all but three numbers... the State Trooper I was with to verify the VIN (out of state title) said that was good enough for him!!!! WHEW!!!!
