i'm having a dispute with an exceptionally rude neighbor who's mother is buddy buddy with the mayor. i have reason to expect i will be recieving a citation on unlicenced vehicles and 14 days to correct the situation. i do not know what options i may have. in a worst case, if it comes to the trucks must go, i'd rather give them to some one who will use them rather than see them scrapped. these are 1.5 ton Dodges from '40 to '47 extra cabs and some extra running gear stuff , also one '40 1.5 ton military 4x4 with tons of extra parts. i do not know yet what is comming down, but would like to be prepared for the worst. trucks located outside Cincinatti Oh (lynchburg oh) any one might be able to help in a worst case please let me know.
also may need legal guidence. i'm told the EPA has been called and told i've been putting crank case oil down the storm sewer, this is of course not true. oils crank case and gear oils are in 5 gallon pails and go to TSC for recycling when i fill all my pails. when i do get an oil spill (it happens) , after clean up i dig any obviosly contaminated soil and gravel bag it and dispose of it. athough i believe i am very carefull with oils and solvents, i am very nervous about the prospect of EPA visiting me with the anticipation that i dump oil. any guidence here would be greatly appriciated
