The code number that you have is the "Ditzler Code". It was a PPG Paint number, any paint supplier that carries PPG will be able to match that. Even Dupont and others will have their exact color match of that color and should be able to provide it. I guess we got carried away here with Marty's paint cost! You'll have to bear with us old guys,we are easily distracted. = )
I would think that your next question is "What type of paint should I use, and what type of respirtory protection do I need, If I am doing it myself?"
Do you have your own spray gun? The type of paint depends upon a lot of things, including what type of compressor/gun you have to apply it with and whether this is inside/outside or in a booth.
Now hopefully you will get some more answers!
