I need advice on restoration project

I completely took apart my wc 12 and have had the body dipped. I am sending the frame and drive train parts to be sand blasted at my friends house. My question is this....is it easier to prime and paint each component or prime each part assemble then paint the rolling chasis together. which is better in the long run
