do this:
click on START
click on SETTINGS
click on CONTROL PANEL
click on ADD OR REMOVE
click on any program you do not recognize. They will be named things that you do not recognize as valid programs for your computer
delete them, then restart your computer.
Download McAfee anti-virus software (free) and run it. It will identify any programs that have loaded themselves onto your machine. It will take a while to scan your entire computer, but will find the culprits. then you can delete them.
