If you mount the winch fairlead at the front of the tilt, the cable will have a tendency to pull the tilt section back down, if there is no load on the bed. Once you have the vehicle to the ramp it would be OK, but the whole point of the winch is to get the vehicle to the ramp. It would work OK if you have a mechanism to lock the tilt up, until the vehicle is at the start of the ramp.
