I took the 53 I sold to it s new home last Saturday. Thank goodness it is only 20 miles away. I can see it made a new friend and he and I set outside till 1 a.m. talking about the truck. He took hid buddy home and in the quite of the country I got to hear and see the beast laboring up the hill that runs in front of his house sounded and looked much much like it did I imagine 50 years ago. He was as happy as I was when I got the 46. My work has taught me that it is what you get out of your money and how you enhance others through the use of it is all that counts. I hated to leave that old truck felt awful sad didnt really need the money but I was not using it and I wanted it to go to someone who would enjoy it much as I did. Money is important but sometimes we put to much empasis on it. If I want it and can afford it I do if not I bide my time.
