In general, a super low mileage original vehicle with original paint, running gear, upholstery, tires, etc will be worth equivelent dollars to a fully restored #1 condition same vehicle...at a car show the original will often be judged higher than the restored vehicle mostly because of the rarity factor.
It gets difficult when discussing Power Wagons because most have spent their life outdoors & working & definitely show their age.
I would estimate both your trucks would be worth well into the $20's if they were to be sold & certainly the express body would command the most money.
Wilbur just sold for $15K & I think that's about the average value of a nice straight rust-free original paint truck with no holes drilled in the dash or roof, that's been used but not abused.
As I have said before, the guys paying $30K+ do not want a work truck...you're going to get less money for a flatdeck just like if you have a restored Freightliner you'll be hard pressed to get your money out of it.
These aren't my opinions or what I want...these are just facts.
