The motor that you are talking about is the LA "wedge", a totally different exhaust configuration that may or may not have the same clearance as the Poly.
The Poly exhaust is evenly spaced, just like the Hemi, it depends upon where the collector drop is, as to whether there will be clearance problems or not. I can't remember if there is a cross member at that location?
