Stromberg Carburetor

I just received a stromberg carb that I got on Ebay. It's NOS with instructions. There's three connections to make: gas, heat tube to automatic chock, and a "vacuum spark line", which, attaches to the body of the carb. Anybody got any idea what a vacuum spark line is? Where should the heat tube be connected on the engine? Thanks in advance for help.
