The word I am hearing in the Midwest is that prices have topped out and are backing off. Railcars are full and unavailable. Everything is getting backlogged and full.
Maybe just a regional thing?
Cut steel is down $20 a ton to $100. Old cars are $40 a ton. Trying to actually get rid of some junk but it's so hard to do.
