The fact that this is before the Supreme Court is an indication that this is speaking directly to our constitution and its framers. From reading a few of the speaches and papers of George Washington, as well as some of the Federalist (sp) papers, I think it is clear that this countries founders were people who both believed in God and also believed in the rights of people to worship with the greatest amount of freedom possible. They should have put another few lines in the constitution that atheists should have the duty not to whine when they hear the word God or see it printed on the money they cherish. As God is wrung out of our schools, our government, our families, and our society, we are ALL worse for the loss. Sorry for the bandwidth.
