FFPW V8 Conversion Clutch Pedal Mounting Alternative

Has anyone here done a V8 conversion & left the mechanical clutch & kept the linkage & pedal frame mounted?
That's what the Dodge dealer did on this 49 I'm working on & the mounting is actually quite a slick operation.
The brackets needed a little grinding & cleaning up but the LH side bracket is really a work of art I must say.
It's a great alternative if anyone's planning a conversion & doesn't want the firewall hung pedals.
